Main responsibilities: * Master the functionality and usage of the project management tool (Planisware) * Review, update, and enhance existing training materials related to the project management tool used in vaccine development * Propose recommendations for improving and expanding training materials * Create diverse training formats, including videos, interactive exercises, educational content, descriptions, and user guides * Continuously monitor user experience and collect feedback to support ongoing improvements * Provide technical support during onboarding and training for professional teams * Suggest development opportunities, including automation and AI-driven solutions within training materials
