The trainee will be integrated into the Legal Department of Vestiaire Collective SA, which manages the activities of all its subsidiaries, around the world What you'll do : * Perform legal research and analysis on various issues (intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting, consumer law, commercial law, transport, insurance, etc.); * Monitoring of legal and jurisprudential developments that may impact the activity of Vestiaire Collective (AI Act, Digital Services Act, Consumer laws, etc.); * Draft and negotiation contracts of all kinds (NDAs; Services agreements, SaaS, Commercial contracts (Partnerships, Influencers, Freelancers), Rights ‘Assignment, etc.); * Management and monitoring of Trademarks and Domain Names; * Management of different sets of Terms and Conditions (C2C, B2C, VIP, Games & Offers); * Ensuring the follow up of pre-litigations and litigations; * Assistance with the various administrative tasks of the Legal Department.
