Job Description

The People Operations Intern role is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for students interested in launching a career in Human Resources within a global organization. Interns will gain real-world experience supporting People Operations across the EMEA region, develop essential HR skills, and contribute to projects that support our employees and culture across multiple countries. This internship is designed to provide mentorship, professional growth, and meaningful exposure to international HR in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

Ability to work a hybrid role in our Amsterdam, Netherlands office (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) for 2026 Summer internship period (May/June - August).
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Studies, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and eagerness to learn about HR operations in a multi-country, international environment.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Proficiency with software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Drive, and Zoom.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-cultural and remote teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
