You will be involved in the following activities Manage the CRM platform that supports both the external network and internal users , addressing any issues or needs related to CRM functionality. This includes analyzing tickets , liaising with other departments and acting as the local point of contact for global support Act as point of contact for the Global CRM Hub colleagues , providing guidance and support for their day-by-day activities Collaborate in managing new CRM features and requirements, participating in global meetings, and contributing to their implementation Use the CRM platform and provide support for managing the territorial activites Support the development of manuals and procedures for CRM functionality Participate in local and global meetings and prepare reports
