Job Description

Join our HR team and work closely with managers across the organization as you take responsibility for Campus Recruitment . You will coordinate the full internship recruitment cycle for many departments, serve as the primary contact for candidates and managers, and support broader HR initiatives that strengthen our employee experience. Moreover, you will be the first point of contact for current interns and for their managers. This role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, and HR operations . Ready to contribute from day one?

Requirements

  • 3rd year Bachelor student studying HRM, International Business, or a related field
  • strong interest in Recruitment and HR
  • bring a fresh perspective and ideas for improving current processes
  • proactive and confident in approaching others
  • clear communicator, detail-oriented, and organized
  • excellent spoken and written English skills (Dutch or German is a plus)
  • available full-time from September 2026 for a duration of 5-6 months
