


As a Operational Product Manager within the Consumer Products Division, your objectives will be concrete, and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in the innovation and realization of products that reach millions of consumers worldwide. You will be responsible for: * Support for new product launches: You will assist Product Managers in the operational follow-up of new launches, from the briefing phase to market availability. * Product life cycle management: You will contribute to monitoring the performance of existing product lines, analyzing sales and stock levels, and proposing corrective actions or optimizations (promotions, SKU rationalization). * Market and competitor analysis: You will continuously monitor trends in the mass beauty market, product innovations, and the strategies of our competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Some skills you will develop in this role: Product project management (launch, lifecycle), market analysis, cross-functional coordination, development of marketing materials, and budget optimization.
