




You will join the HR team supporting Network Strategy & Engineering, an international function of approximately 3,500 employees across more than 10 countries. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day-to-day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics. In particular, you will: • Support key HR processes (performance & talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review) • Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward) • Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings • Contribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation • Collaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs) • Support ad-hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes
