In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks from organizing events and maintaining customer engagement to promoting the Roche Career Center's mission across Roche channels. The Opportunity Coordinate and potentially facilitate workshops and networking events Onboard and train new volunteers Keep the volunteer community informed, engaged, and motivated Handle communication activities including monthly newsletters and maintenance of the gSite Gather feedback from customers and take actions to continuously improve Evaluate statistics and support the communication of regular data updates Organize, set up, and sometimes run different workshops Engage with the community and manage stakeholder relationships
