What you'll build * License Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end license lifecycle for our global partner network, from delivery to decommissioning * Process Optimization: Assist in auditing volume processes, contribute to automating manual workflows and help identify potential for streamlining our business processes * Quality Management: Perform different quality management projects to improve the data quality in the systems * Governance: Support the monitoring of process and assist in the documentation and tracking of escalations to ensure operational standards * Global Operational Support: Assist in coordinating tasks with our international processing team and help track project progress
