Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : * Cartographier les processus existants en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles. * Rédiger et formaliser les procédures, modes opératoires et workflows. * Construire et mettre à jour des matrices RACI pour clarifier les rôles et responsabilités. * Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et standards documentaires. * Contribuer à la mise en place d'un référentiel documentaire clair, cohérent et facilement exploitable. * Animer des ateliers de collecte d’informations auprès des différents départements (Qualité, Production, Supply Chain, Développement, etc.)
