Job Description

Requirements

  • proactive and detail‑focused Records Officer
  • accurate maintenance of student records throughout the entire student lifecycle
  • manage and update student data within the SITS student record system
  • ensuring accuracy across key processes such as enrolment, progression, programme changes, fees, and statutory reporting
  • handle enquiries via the Student Enquiry System
  • identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • support external reporting requirements including SLC and UKVI submissions
  • Working closely with colleagues across University services, Colleges, and external bodies
  • provide clear guidance on regulations, policies, and procedures
  • delivering a professional and responsive service to students and staff
  • contributes to process improvement, system testing, training delivery, and supporting major University events such as registration and graduation
  • All Applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK for the duration of any offer of appointment.
