You will gain a comprehensive understanding of Financial Services by rotating through market-facing functions (Sales Management, Contract Management) as well as core downstream functions (Risk Management, Credit Analysis, Controlling, Accounting). You will actively support national and international sales teams in developing customer-oriented financing solutions, including the preparation of project proposals, business cases, and framework agreements. You will contribute to the approval, execution, and settlement of leasing and financing contracts, gaining hands-on experience with real customer transactions. Over the course of the program, you will build strong expertise in credit assessment, risk controlling, and portfolio management, supporting sound and sustainable business decisions. You will develop an in-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Financial Services and how they impact daily operations, particularly in a regulated German environment. You will be encouraged to identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration, actively contributing your own ideas to a growing and dynamic automation business.
