As part of our Procurement team, you will contribute to key digitalization initiatives and gain hands-on experience in contract lifecycle management, ERP systems, and supplier negotiations. Your Role * Ensure all contracts are current and accurately reflected in our digital contract tool. * Upload and organize missing documentation to maintain compliance and traceability. * Monitor contractual obligations such as annual fees and other conditions. * Assist in the transition from shared folder structures to SharePoint for improved collaboration and document control. * Contribute to task automation initiatives using Excel macros and the ServiceNOW ticketing system. * Create and maintain contract records in SAP ERP. * Conduct market benchmarks for materials and services. * Launch Request for Quotation (RFQ). * Analyze RFQ responses based on price, quality, and lead times. * Support negotiations of terms and conditions with suppliers. * Support the design and implementation of a new set of KPIs to provide transparency on the department’s current performance and clearly indicate areas for improvement. * Analyzing existing data, defining meaningful KPIs, setting targets, and structuring a performance framework that supports data-driven decision-making.
