Job Description

Support our team with day-to-day tasks as part of our strategic HR global initiatives Help introduce people listening mechanisms by analyzing feedback, identifying themes and supporting follow-up with stakeholders Assist in the design and deliver of training and enablement materials, working closely with project leads and subject-matter experts Prepare convincing and coherent presentations and reports for various internal stakeholders including supporting with data visualizationsUse your editorial skills to support communications on our internal and external channels – including Intranet, Viva Engage, Service Now, LinkedIn, SharePoint – in English and German Conduct research into current and innovative people and cultural trends to inform our strategy

Requirements

  • currently studying a degree in psychology, economics, humanities or a similar field and aim to complete a mandatory or voluntary 6-month internship as part of your studies
  • keen interest in the areas of project management, organizational change, and global ways of working
  • confident in analyzing and presenting quantitative data
  • first-hand experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • strong communication skills and can present information clearly to a variety of audiences
  • highly motivated, are able to independently organize your work and are willing to collaborate as part of a global team
  • able to structure your work flexibly to accommodate shifting priorities when necessary
  • able to drive progress on multiple topics and projects over the course of your working week
  • open and proactive communicative style in both English and German and feel comfortable doing so with both internal and external communication
  • Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
  • The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
