Support our team with day-to-day tasks as part of our strategic HR global initiatives Help introduce people listening mechanisms by analyzing feedback, identifying themes and supporting follow-up with stakeholders Assist in the design and deliver of training and enablement materials, working closely with project leads and subject-matter experts Prepare convincing and coherent presentations and reports for various internal stakeholders including supporting with data visualizationsUse your editorial skills to support communications on our internal and external channels – including Intranet, Viva Engage, Service Now, LinkedIn, SharePoint – in English and German Conduct research into current and innovative people and cultural trends to inform our strategy

Requirements

currently studying a degree in psychology, economics, humanities or a similar field and aim to complete a mandatory or voluntary 6-month internship as part of your studies
keen interest in the areas of project management, organizational change, and global ways of working
confident in analyzing and presenting quantitative data
first-hand experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
strong communication skills and can present information clearly to a variety of audiences
highly motivated, are able to independently organize your work and are willing to collaborate as part of a global team
able to structure your work flexibly to accommodate shifting priorities when necessary
able to drive progress on multiple topics and projects over the course of your working week
open and proactive communicative style in both English and German and feel comfortable doing so with both internal and external communication
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
