Meet your future team You will join our Procurement Operations team, a collaborative and supportive group focused on driving efficiency and accuracy in procurement processes. The team works closely together, embracing open communication and continuous learning. As a Procurement Intern, you will be integrated into daily operations, assisting colleagues and gaining hands-on experience that fits directly into our broader procurement strategy. What we offer As a Procurement Intern, you will be actively involved in supporting the day-to-day procurement operations and continuous improvement initiatives. You will gain practical experience with SAP, ServiceNow, and other internal tools, while working alongside seasoned professionals who are eager to share their expertise. More specifically your tasks will be to: * Support forecast setup, maintenance, and purchase order creation in SAP * Assist in the DMS document distribution and validation processes * Monitor and categorize incoming ServiceNow tickets * Maintain procurement documentation and repositories * Support report extraction and preparation for internal meetings * Participate in improvement initiatives and manual data clean-up tasks * Collaborate effectively with Buyers and Procurement Specialists * Take meeting notes and help organize team sessions * Engage actively in learning procurement processes and tools
