Analysis, revision and implementation of management processes in the Supply Chain area; Optimisation of warehouse stocks in order to maximise stock rotation, service level and minimise average stock; Continuous monitoring of the service level offered to customers (shipped vs. ordered), managing critical issues and relations with key clients and taking appropriate corrective actions for its improvement; Coordinating logistics activities (shipments, deliveries, their traceability, management of anomalies), interfacing directly with suppliers and pursuing with them a continuous improvement in performance.
