Learning Support Assistant - SEN School | Kingston and Richmond | Immediate Start Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to build a rewarding career in education? We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN schools in Kingston and Richmond, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, and SEMH. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive and structured environment where staff play a vital role in helping pupils develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills. The Role: * Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis * Assist with delivering tailored learning activities * Support pupils with communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation * Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff * Help create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment * Provide personal care where required
