Your role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated student to join our Brand team. As a Student Assistant yo will be supporting and coordinating the two Production Boards (Master Content Creation Board and Production Board), including weekly stand-ups, board maintenance, process follow-up, and onboarding of new global and local board users. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage the two Production Boards, including weekly stand-ups, ticket allocation, and monthly activity updates. * Support the Production Team in assigning tickets based on team capacity and board user requests. * Onboard new users and ensure smooth adoption of board processes for global and local teams. * Review ticket quality and follow up with users to obtain missing information when needed. * Drive process coordination and continuous improvement, ensuring opportunities are identified, addressed, and implemented. * Facilitate communication across stakeholders and provide ad hoc support to global brand managers and the internal affiliate support model.
