The Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: * Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons * Provide small group and 1:1 support to pupils * Assist students with additional needs, including SEND * Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment * Support behaviour management in line with school policies * Adapt confidently to different schools within the trust Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to short-term and long-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.
