Job Description

Follow instructions to develop product documentation that supports customer use and product understanding. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of content. Learn and use authoring platforms, version control systems and issue-tracking tools to manage content revisions and updates. Respond to simple customer feedback to address documentation gaps. Create AI-assisted content based on Customer Content Services standards

Requirements

You must be enrolled in a Czech university (Bachelor’s 3rd/4th year or Master’s) for the full internship duration and be able to work full-time within 2 years.
Excellent working knowledge of written and spoken English
Good communication skills, including building relationships with a wide range of roles, cultures, and levels of experience.
Ability to complete guided but independent research and learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and Agility - able to embrace change and has a growth mindset
Experience with Linux and/or open source software is good to have, but not required.
