Your seat to fill: * You act as a central point of contact for the Heads, handling correspondence, prioritizing requests, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders * You provide direct executive assistance to the Heads, including preparation of agendas and presentations * You prepare and carry out customer visits to the Bayreuth Campus * You will support upcoming product launches and/or company events, including the quality of the showroom * You are jointly responsible for creating guidelines and keeping them up to date * You research and act as an interface to various suppliers and carry out supplier comparisons
