






You'll be part of our Revenue Operations team, working in close collaboration with Mirakl's Sales teams globally. The Revenue Ops team is at the heart of our commercial strategy, with a core mission to optimize sales performance through data analysis and process improvement. The team is structured into two complementary units: * Mirakl Marketplace Platform team, led by Christel, focusing on our core marketplace solutions * New Solutions team, led by Clara, working on Mirakl's complementary product offerings This dynamic team operates on a global scope, supporting commercial decisions across all regions, products, and verticals. Your Impact As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will: * Develop and Manage Performance analysis: Create, maintain, and manage various reports to monitor and steer the performance of the Sales team. Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights. * Support the development and help improve the forecasting models and processes to predict sales performance across regions * Optimize Business Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the optimization of business operations. Participate in the design and implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. * Support New Product Development: Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to support the development of new offerings. * Engage in Cross-functional Projects: Work alongside teams such as Customer Success and Marketing in cross-functional projects aimed at business process optimization and enhancing platform capabilities.
