Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance apprentice to join our team specializing in Finance for our Global Center of Accounts in Darlington, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!Overview of the course:The Finance Apprentice role is a developmental position within the GCA Finance function. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week in Cummins inclusive of 1 day per week for online study with Kaplan. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (with flexibility to suit business needs) with 3 days in the office, 1 day at home and 1 day online study with Kaplan. On successful completion of the Level 3 AAT qualification, you will progress onto AAT Level 4

Requirements

AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Accounting and Finance related field.
GCSE or equivalent Math’s and English (Grade C/4 or above) with 3 other subjects at grade C/4 or above.
Proficient IT and MS office skills (including Excel) is essential.
Good Organisation skills and Excellent Communication skills
