


Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and help shape new features. Collaborate with the Co-Founders and Head of Account Management on ad hoc initiatives (e.g. trade shows, internal product testing, competitor benchmarking). Assist with drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real customer use cases. Set up and configure customer accounts tailored to their business needs. Be the go-to technical contact for UK customers via support chat, WhatsApp, or email. Join customer calls alongside Account Managers to provide product expertise and ensure smooth onboarding. Provide administrative support , maintaining customer records and tracking key engagement metrics.
