Your future accomplishments: · Manage and maintain the Head of Sales’ calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings. · Organize internal and external meetings with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams. · Ensure efficient time allocation and scheduling, balancing strategic meetings, operational tasks, and travel plans. · Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and business events. · Monitor schedule changes and proactively resolve conflicts or overlaps. · Support communication between the Head of Sales and internal departments. · Assist in tracking key deadlines and commitments. · Provide administrative support for travel within the Europe and China
