Job Description

Working Student - Sales Organization (m/f/d) We are looking to strengthen our team, to help make the world a little greener! Rolls-Royce Solutions GmbH executes and constructs utility scale energy storage systems for the distribution and transmission. With our expertise, we support the grid in its efforts to decarbonize and integrate variable renewable energy and other non-fossil fuels sources. Do you want to change the future of energy with us? Your future accomplishments: · Manage and maintain the Head of Sales’ calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings. · Organize internal and external meetings with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams. · Ensure efficient time allocation and scheduling, balancing strategic meetings, operational tasks, and travel plans. · Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and business events. · Monitor schedule changes and proactively resolve conflicts or overlaps. · Support communication between the Head of Sales and internal departments. · Assist in tracking key deadlines and commitments. · Provide administrative support for travel within the Europe and China

Requirements

  • pursuing a degree in Engineering, Renewables Energy or similar
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar scheduling tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Interest in sales operations, leadership support, or the battery/energy solutions industry.
  • A pro-active, hands-on and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English
