Job Description

The CS Diagnostics team helps our field service engineers solve issues on ASML machines as quickly and accurately as possible. We analyze what goes wrong in the field, how engineers are supported today, and how we can improve that support through better insights. Our work combines error patterns, dashboards, decision steps, and data-driven models to guide engineers toward the right solution. This internship contributes to developing smarter ways to recommend expert rules, reducing investigation time and increasing machine availability. If you want to work on high‑impact problems in a fast‑moving environment, this internship offers a meaningful challenge.

Requirements

Are enrolled in a master’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
Are analytical and enjoy solving complex technical problems.
Have experience working with data analysis or algorithm development.
Work in a structured, proactive, and collaborative way.
Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
