The CS Diagnostics team helps our field service engineers solve issues on ASML machines as quickly and accurately as possible. We analyze what goes wrong in the field, how engineers are supported today, and how we can improve that support through better insights. Our work combines error patterns, dashboards, decision steps, and data-driven models to guide engineers toward the right solution. This internship contributes to developing smarter ways to recommend expert rules, reducing investigation time and increasing machine availability.
