Job Description

Du bearbeitest eigenständig verschiedene Aufgaben im M&A-Kontext (z.B. Target Screening und sonstige Unternehmensrecherchen). Du übernimmst Standard-Aufgaben in der operativen Steuerung der Tochter- und Enkelgesellschaften der DATEV. Du unterstützt die Beteiligungsmanager:innen bei laufenden Projekten. Du springst bei Bedarf bei administrativen Tätigkeiten mit ein.

Requirements

Du bist aktuell in einem wirtschafts- oder rechtswissenschaftlichen Studium (z.B. Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Taxation oder Wirtschaftsrecht) eingeschrieben und befindest Dich bereits im fortgeschrittenen Stadium Deines Studiums.
Du hast idealerweise neben Deinem Studium bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen sammeln können (z.B. Praktika und/oder Werkstudium in einer Unternehmensberatung, einer Kanzlei oder im Controlling).
Du bist bereit, dich in fachliche Themenstellungen aus den Bereichen M&A sowie operativem Beteiligungsmanagement einzuarbeiten.
Du hast eine sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team an strategischen Fragestellungen.
