Job Description

Are you passionate about luxury and eager to kickstart your HR career? This is your opportunity! The HR team of LVMH Beauty Division in Iberia is looking for a proactive and highly organized Learning & Development Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This position aims to ensure the proper administrative management of training, coordinate activities, and support the continuous improvement of our programs. Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Excel: Advanced level, able to track data, apply basic formulas (VLOOKUP, data cross-referencing), and generate simple reports.
  • PowerPoint: Skilled in creating and improving professional presentations.
  • Witten and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with regulations and procedures for managing subsidized training (highly valued).
  • Proven experience in administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through on tasks, even in the face of obstacles or delays. Resilience when obtaining information on time is challenging.
  • High attention to accuracy and rigor in executing administrative and management tasks, especially in critical processes like training grants.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships, be approachable, collaborative, and supportive, fostering teamwork to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make informed decisions within their area of responsibility.
