Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Retail Marketing intern: * Support the planning and execution of retail marketing and in-store activations, helping bring Vans’ brand, culture, and stories to life in stores. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Creative, Visual Merchandising, and other Marketing functions) to gather all tactics needed to deliver engaging in-store events and consumer activations. * Assist with retail marketing operations across EMEA, supporting different store formats (Owned, Partner, Outlet). * Contribute to training and communication materials for store teams ahead of key activations or events. * Help execute retail campaigns and store activations, including in-store visuals, digital retail communications, and event-related materials. * Provide day-to-day support on cross-functional needs, such as copy coordination, translations, and event logistics. * Work closely with DTC (Direct To Consumer) Retail teams (district and store managers) to support smooth execution at store level. * Support the creation of briefs and post-activation recaps, capturing learnings and best practices for future in-store initiatives. * Support basic budget tracking and purchase order follow-up in coordination with the team.
