



In the Global retail merchandising team, you will participate at the achievement of main objectives in Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category. YOUR CONTRIBUTION 1. Data analysis: Analyse performance of Haute Parfumerie &; Beauty category * Weekly report with data consolidation &; key facts analysis * Monthly update of Fragrance Ambassadors performance * Ad-hoc analysis: eg. Cluster project, new product launch, non-sellable analysis 2. 360 activation coordination Coordinate with 360° team on all activations done to support new products launches or new boutiques openings & communicate internally. 3. Animation of Fragrance and Beauty ambassador community * Organize regular meetings with the Worldwide community * Create and send seasonal newsletter * Update and communicate the performance of yearly challenge on a monthly basis 4. Competitor analysis Competition analysis of luxury beauty brands during key commercial peaks (novelties, digital communication, pop up activations) 5. Additional missions: * Prepare & participate to bi-monthly meetings with regions and manage some demands from them. * Coordination with different services on specific needs and co-preparation of important meetings (comity parfums, 3YP et Budget). * Support the roll-out of perfume engraving service. We will identify one project to be in charge of A to Z.
