Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales & Commercial Excellence function in driving data-driven decision making and improving commercial performance. You will work closely with commercial stakeholders to structure business questions, analyze complex datasets, and translate insights into clear recommendations and executive-ready materials. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills while gaining exposure to commercial strategy, sales performance management, and data-driven decision making in a global healthcare technology company. Your role: Structure business questions and perform analytical deep dives to support Sales & Commercial Excellence initiatives Conduct desk research and quantitative analysis to inform strategic and operational commercial decisions Extract, clean, and analyze commercial data from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other internal sources Consolidate and reconcile multiple datasets to generate actionable business insights Develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools for commercial teams Prepare clear, structured presentations and insight summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership Contribute to improving reporting processes, data transparency, and ways of working

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • available minimum 30 hours per week
  • strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
