Job Description

Want to see what digital marketing really looks like behind the scenes — not just in slide decks, but in real campaigns reaching millions of consumers? Are you curious about the world of media, social platforms, data, and bold creative ideas? Join the Media & Digital Marketing team at Opella and kick-start your professional journey with our Student on Board program. Why join us? This isn’t a “coffee-and-note-taking” internship. With us, you will: * work on real digital campaigns, * learn directly from experienced Digital & Media Managers, * gradually take on real ownership of projects, * gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within an international organization with strong, well-known brands. Your responsibilities: * Supporting the team in developing communication strategies and building strong brand image * Co-creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital & media), including: – reviewing media plans prepared by the media agency – ensuring implementation of digital creative effectiveness best practices * Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand Managers, eCommerce, CMI, Medical/Regulatory teams, as well as with external partners such as media agencies, creative agencies, and influencers * Monitoring digital campaign performance, analyzing data, drawing insights, and preparing reports and presentations * Supporting digital content and asset management * Participating in media/digital transformation projects * Handling ad-hoc projects supporting the daily work of Digital & Media Managers * Actively participating in team meetings and collaborating with brand teams and the global media team

Requirements

  • A student or recent graduate (preferred fields: Marketing, Management, Economics, or related)
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week – this is essential
  • Someone eager to learn, engaged, and not afraid to ask questions
  • A person with strong analytical thinking skills and confidence working with data
  • Proactive, independent, communicative, and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Very good command of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
