The main purpose of the job is to co-ordinate all arrangements in regard to the organization of events and groups and assist the Event Manager with site inspections, proposals and other administrative tasks of the department This position is designed to handling and executing Event functions, solicit business, up-sell and maximizing revenue Collaborate with the appropriate Department in respect of rooming list, special arrangements, any F&B requirements, transfer and transport, account and billing instructions. Liaise with external providers in order to create synergies between the property and the client’s requirements
