Join the Retail Commercial Development team and support the execution of Rituals’ global Retail strategy by working cross-functionally to bring real time customer insights to stores worldwide. Throughout your internship, you’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Retail, Digital, Marketing and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in project management, commercial thinking, and stakeholder management. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that encourages initiative and gives you the space to learn, grow, and build valuable skills for your future. What you’ll do: * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support commercial operations, gaining hands‑on experience by contributing to Commercial Cycle planning, calendars, and commercial store initiatives * Support the development of our CX strategy by analyzing CSAT surveys and helping translate customer feedback into actionable insights * Assist in the Mystery Shopper program, supporting reporting and visualization to help markets identify improvement opportunities * Contribute to the implementation and adoption of (AI‑driven) CX analytics tooling, supporting insight quality and usability.
