Job Description

As an Apprentice Security Operations Centre Apprentice you will: * Respond to alarm activations across multiple platforms * Monitor CCTV and deliver timely, accurate responses * Support mobile teams during call-outs * Liaise with customers, contractors and emergency services * Keep systems updated and maintain high-quality reporting * Provide support during adverse weather, emergencies or incidents
