Van den Bosch is opening up opportunities for a select group of trainees to take part in a personalized and challenging traineeship. Then Van den Bosch might be the perfect place to discover and develop your talents. As a Trainee, you will be trained to become a specialized professional within Van den Bosch over a period of two to three years. Your traineeship begins at our headquarters in Erp, where you’ll get to know our organization and your future role. The program is tailored to each trainee, but generally follows the same structure; Allowing you to share experiences and insights with fellow trainees. Your final position and location will depend on your ambitions and the opportunities available within the company. The program consists of three blocks, each lasting eight to twelve months, progressing from operational to tactical and ultimately strategic level. Each block includes the key elements of knowledge transfer, coaching & training, and impact. This ensures you gain all the tools you need to start your career as an experienced professional at Van den Bosch after completing the traineeship. Every phase has a specific goal and dedicated contacts within the organization who will guide and support you toward achieving that goal.
