At the Institute of Materials Chemistry, in the Research Group for Technical Catalysis TU Wien is offering a position as university assistant (prae-doc) limited to expected 4 years for 30 hours/week. Expected start: May 2026.In the research group, we develop and investigate heterogeneous catalysts with a focus on high selectivity and stability for the utilization of CO2 from various exhaust gas streams. The focus is on innovative materials developed by combining sulfides and oxides. Fundamental questions, such as the reaction mechanisms at the surface, shall be investigated.
