As a Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern, you will be part of our team, driving operational excellence and manufacturing efficiency. From day one, you will have the opportunity to: * Actively participate in focused continuous improvement teams, applying and learning methodologies such as Lean - Six Sigma and IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma). * Observe, analyze, and challenge existing practices and processes used in the plant. * Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), identify causes of potential deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Train and support plant personnel so they understand and can implement the actions and methodologies to be applied. * Participate in the selection of process improvement ideas and support their implementation. * Contribute to the rigorous compliance with Quality and Food Safety, People Safety, and Environmental Protection standards. * See how your ideas and efforts translate into concrete optimizations and improvements in our production processes.
