The team consists of 40+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint. This is a three-month internship position. Professional Development Opportunities: * "Around the World" orientation: Meet your global TA team members in your first week, while in orientation * LinkedIn Enterprise Solutions Learning: Take online courses on sourcing, interviewing, and other recruitment functions * Support projects: Choose projects that include, Employer branding, Diversity & Inclusion, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, and more * Exposure and usage of state-of-the-art technology: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms A Day in Your New Role: * Conduct Talent Acquisition administrative tasks such as resume reviews, calendar invites, etc. * Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, employer branding, and hiring * Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter * Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
