

Support the Global Operation Manager and Team in numerous ways working to improve its efficiency, communication and ultimately the way the Customer Success team engages with our customers: - Coordinate & execute weekly account assignment for all the Regions - Oversee the process of account scope review globally - Provide data reports to guarantee visibility on the business - Organize project management activities - Suggest ideas and implement improvements for our current internal processes - Support the preparation of executive presentations - Coordinate the follow-up of weekly team meetings - Participate in new initiatives relevant for the success of the organization You will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of how SAP’s overall Customer Success organization is running.
