The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last year's students and recent graduates who want to apply what they’ve learned in a real, global biotechnology environment. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and develop skills that set you up for future success. The Portfolio & Capacity Management (P&C) Team sits within the Chief Operating Office of the Oncology R&D Business Unit. As a P&C Intern, you will ensure high-quality data, clear insights, and efficient processes that enable portfolio and resource capacity decisions across a global R&D organization. Working under the guidance of experienced team members, you will contribute to data maintenance and analysis, build and refresh reporting assets, and help evolve tools and training that underpin portfolio and capacity management.
