Interns will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence and executing investment opportunities. This is an opportunity for a highly ambitious and extraordinary candidate who has already developed strong financial, analytical, commercial and research skills through personal investing, academic work, and professional experience. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects and be staffed on a number of assignments at one time. Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, Interns assume integral roles on deal teams. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the investment process from initiation to close. Responsibilities will include: Industry and thematic research and competitive analysis (including external calls) Deep financial analysis, valuation analysis, and modeling of operating cases and financial returns Prepare written summaries and presentation materials for the investment team Draft internal investment memos and marketing materials Assistance around execution of transaction process Provide overall support to investment team
