To make your training as practical as possible, it is carried out in a dual system at the company and at vocational school. You will start with us on 1 August of any year and complete up to three years of training. You will work in many different departments and gain insights into the tasks and processes of our bank. We will teach you skills that are important for your future career. As a trainee with us, you can actively shape your everyday working life. You can expect a varied range of tasks accompanied by trainee projects with changing and exciting topics.
