The Group of Information Integration and Data Preparation (D2IP) conducts basic and applied research in data integration, data pre-processing and data science. We are currently seeking research assistants (PhD students) in one or more of the following topics: (1) Researching scalable agentic methods for generating data preprocessing workflows. (2) Researching technologies and systems for cleaning massive dataset repositories. (3) Researching systems and technologies for understanding data preparation and extraction pipelines The position serves your own scientific qualification (doctorate) and includes teaching. This entails organizing and conducting courses, possibly tutorials and internships as well as the supervision of student work. You will also support study counseling and assist in conducting and organizing exams. Teaching duties are performed.
