As an Intern at Interpath, you will have the chance to support our consultants across various sectors, gaining valuable insights developing a broad commercial awareness and understanding of the challenges facing businesses today. Our internship programme is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to contribute to real projects, gather structured feedback and learn from experienced professionals. A mentor will be assigned to you to provide continuous support, guidance and advice throughout. Key Accountabilities: This internship offers a unique opportunity to understand the lifecycle of a business in stress/distress from our advisory work through to the formal insolvency process. It is also an excellent opportunity to develop your professional network. Key tasks may include: * Support team members in data gathering and research for ongoing client projects. * Attend client and internal meetings, taking notes and summarising actions. * Contribute to the preparation of client/stakeholder reports, presentations, and financial analyses. * Assist with trading and/or wind down of operations of insolvent companies. * Attend to the statutory requirements and internal best practices of an insolvency. * Help progress the insolvency portfolio by supporting in various tasks, including creditor adjudications. * Interact with appointees, appointers, directors, creditors, employees and other relevant stakeholders. Travel to other Interpath offices may be required.
