Job Description

As an Apprentice Technician, you will work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Electrical, Electronic Product Service and Installation Engineering. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will build the technical expertise and confidence required to progress into a Service Engineer position. You will gain practical IT engineering experience across a range of sectors, supporting customers both on site and within our operations centre. Working with high-specification printers, laptops, and commercial hardware, you will learn how to install, configure, test, maintain, and repair business-critical equipment.
