









In this role, you will support and guide patients wearing the LifeVest, ensuring they receive clear, timely, and compassionate technical assistance. Job Description – Key Responsibilities * Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission. * Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution. * Documentation Management: Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues. * Hotline Management: + Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:30). + After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team. * Logistics Coordination: Communicate with logistics partners, TMs, and PSRs to organize equipment exchanges. * Device Checks: Perform general and baseline checks following new device fittings.
